Yair Seroussi - Director
Mr. Seroussi has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2006. Mr. Seroussi has served as a director of a number of publicly traded companies including DSP Group, Inc. since February 2002, Israel Corp since July 2003 and Frutarom Industries since July 2005. Mr. Seroussi has served as the Managing Director of AMDEAL Holdings Ltd., an entity acting as the advisory director of Morgan Stanley, in charge of its activities in Israel, since 1993. Mr. Seroussi also serves on several private companies including Chairman of Eyal Microwave and Chairman of Investment Committee Mivtachim - Israel largest pension fund. Mr. Seroussi holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
