WinArrow1
The WinArrow1 is a derivative family that is based on the WinPath1 architecture. WinArrow1 is specifically focused on DSL line card applications. WinArrow1, with software from Wintegra allows full support of the TR-101 specifications for DSL systems. WinArrow1 is a leading processor used in ADSL line card aggregation functions in DSL systems world-wide.
The WinArrow2 is a second generation device that offers additional performance for ADSL systems and allows high performance VDSL systems to be developed. The WinArrow2 targets DSL line card and PON multi-dwelling unit applications.
Regardless of what WinArrow family device is used, Wintegra's WinArrow software packages support TR101 compatible features. WinArrow software, while feature rich in xDSL line card applications, is streamlined and reduced from our standard packages to provide high speed packet to cell interworking with quality-of-service needed by the most advanced DSL tenders world-wide. In addition to interworking functions, Wintegra offers advanced software features on both families such as G.bond and Ethernet bonding options, including the ability to support both forms of bonding simultaneously on the same chip.
