Shai Shahar - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Shahar has served as our Chief Financial Officer since December 2006. Prior to joining Wintegra, Shai worked at Ernst & Young Israel since 1997, including approximately 2 years in Ernst & Young's Israeli Desk in Palo Alto, California, where he was responsible for many privately held and NASDAQ-listed clients in the technology and communications sector. Shai is also a SOX 404 expert, and lead the implementation of SOX 404 in a global leading pharmaceutical company. Shai holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, and is a CPA. |
