Wintegra Reference Boards

Wintegra offers reference boards known as WDS (Wintegra Development Systems) for early software development as well as running Wintegra supplied examples.  There are boards available for the WinPath1 family as well as the WinPath2 (and derivative) devices.  These reference systems are supplied with various BSPs (Board Support Packages) such as WindRiver's VxWorks and MontaVista Linux.  They also have PowerPC cards available for PPC based control plane development.  Numerous I/O connectivity options are avialable, with a mix of on-board and available external cards.  There is support for 10/100/Gigabit ethernet, OC-3, OC-12 and multi-port T1/E1 cards.

WiMAX customers have development boards specifically designed for WiMAX base station development (WinHDP2).  These systems capitalize on the partnerships with picoChip and other market leading WiMAX suppliers to provide feature rich hardware development platform for early software development.  Wintegra has a full suite of WiMAX software for use on these development platforms.
