Ofira Rafaeli - Director of Quality Management

Ofira Rafaeli joined Wintegra as Director of Quality Management, in May 2008. Prior to joining Wintegra, Ofira worked at Comverse, the world's leading provider of software and systems, enabling network-based messaging and content value-added services. Ofira started at Comverse in 1989 as a SW engineer and continued as a Director of Quality Management, managing the quality organization of the Voice Mail business Unit (responsible for process definition and deployment), and Director of R&D Operations in the Multi Media (MMS) business unit, managing the Release, Configuration Management and Testing groups. Ofira holds a Practical Engineer (Computer Science) degree from Tel-Aviv University.
