Summary

Wintegra has market leading silicon and software solutions for wireless infrastructure products supporting 2G, 3G, as well as the emerging LTE systems.    The Wintegra Access Packet Processor family of software-programmable network processors offer a fully integrated, single-chip solution with all the data path and control-path functions in the Base Station. The Wintegra WinPath family offers a line of network processors with bandwidth throughputs ranging from <10 Mbits/s to 2 Gbits/s.   The WinPath integrates a wealth of features required in Base Station designs. Features include wire speed classification for protocol processing, policing and statistical processing functions for both ATM cells and IP/Ethernet packets and advanced security and authentication functionality. The WinPath uses off-the-shelf DRAM to enable the design of cost-effective, power and space efficient designs. Flexible standards-based interfaces like TDM, UTOPIA, POS L2/3 and multiple ethernet ports provide connectivity to all the required 3GPP specified interfaces. The entire family is software-compatible enabling rapid software development and deployment for a wide range of performance optimized solutions.
