New VP of Business Development Announced at Wintegra

Art Miller Brings Additional Vision and Experience to Wintegra Management Team

Austin, Texas, USA - March 5, 2008 - Wintegra®, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company enabling the next generation of access networks, announced today the appointment of Art Miller as Vice President of Business Development.

Art joined Wintegra in January 2008, bringing nearly 30 years of high tech experience to his new position. With his proven credentials in the computer and semiconductor industries, Art is a valuable addition to the Wintegra management team. His diverse background in the semiconductor industry is expected to serve Wintegra well as Wintegra moves both within and beyond our well-established market.

Among Art's experiences are positions as:

Platform Manager in the Intel / Marvell Application Processor Business Unit within the Cellular Handheld Group.
Design manager for DSL and VoIP silicon at Texas Instruments.
VP of Engineering at Virata and GlobespanVirata, overseeing divisions in multiple countries and managing an annual operating budget in excess of $100M.
Business Manager for Motorola's Data Communications Business which pioneered Motorola's first communications processor.
Business manager for Motorola's Personal Systems business which created platforms for portable communications systems including the first Palm PDA.

Mr. Miller began his high tech career at Texas Instruments in Market Development for robotics and machine vision and subsequently for minicomputers and microcomputers while earning his MBA from St. Edward's University. Art also holds a BS in Mathematics from the Air Force Academy and a MSEE from MIT. Art is also a veteran of the United States Air Force where he was a combat fighter pilot, instructor pilot and Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering.
