Wintegra Named Number Five on Deloitte’s Israel Technology Fast 50
Austin, Texas, USA - October 29, 2007 - Wintegra®, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company enabling the next generation of access networks, announced today that it was named Number Five on the 2007 Deloitte Israel Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Israel.
To determine the fastest growing companies, Deloitte reviewed fiscal year revenues over five years (2002-2006), calculated the revenue growth percentage over five years, and compared this growth to other technology companies.
"Because the Deloitte Brightman Almagor Fast 50 measures sustained revenue growth over five years, being one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Israel is an impressive achievement," said Asher Mechlovich, partner in charge of the Deloitte Brightman Almagor Israel Technology Fast 50 Program. "Wintegra deserves a lot of credit for its remarkable growth."
"Wintegra has stayed true to the vision we had back in 2000," said Kobi Ben Zvi, President, CEO and Founder of Wintegra. "We have leveraged our early successes in wireline markets and now are a major player in other markets like Multi-Service Access, cell site wireless aggregation, and WiMAX. It is great to be recognized for our efforts, so we're pleased to be a winner in this year's Deloitte Fast 50 Program"
