Wintegra a Winner At Fabless Semiconductor Association Ceremony

Austin, Texas, USA - December 11, 2006 - Wintegra®, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company enabling the next generation of access networks, is pleased to announce it has received an award for "Outstanding Financial Performance by a Private Fabless Company" during the 2006 Fabless Semiconductor Awards ceremony on December 7.   Only fabless semiconductor companies that have doubled either revenue or net-income over eight consecutive quarters, ending June 2006, were eligible for this prestigious award.

Wintegra has grown sales consecutively every year since it was founded in 2000, has been profitable for the last 6 quarters, and is now a leader in the field of access processors.
