Wintegra ranked as fastest growing semiconductor company in Europe

Wintegra ranked Number 5 Fastest Growing Technology Company on the 2006 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA, Number 1 in semiconductor sector, thanks to sustained revenue growth over 5 year period

Austin, Texas, USA, 28 November 2006 - Wintegra®, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company enabling the next generation of access networks, today announced that it ranked Number 5 on the 2006 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in Europe, Middle East and Africa.  Additionally, the company was ranked Number One in the Semiconductor Sector. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over five years, from 2001-2005. Wintegra grew 22,422% during this period.

In addition to ranking on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500, Wintegra ranked Number One on the 2006 Deloitte Israel Technology Fast 50, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology firms in Israel.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA is one of Europe's most objective rankings for the technology, media and telecommunications industries. It was created to recognize the effort and dedication of the 500 fastest-growing technology companies in EMEA. The awards identify the current trends that are shaping the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. The rankings have been determined by a comparative review of the percentage growth in fiscal year revenues of the technology companies over a five-year period from 2001 to 2005.
